History
Back in 2006, a crew of monster hunters called the Monsterminators hit the airwaves, with Borloff at the helm. For its first three years, the show was a live production from FCCTV in Falls Church, Virginia, and it streamed online at the same time, making it the first horror host program to simulcast on TV and the internet. Each episode digs up public domain flicks, B-movie monsters, and old black-and-white horror from the 1960s and 1970s. Fresh two-hour installments come out roughly every three weeks, get sent to stations across the country, and then get trimmed into half-hour magazine-style clips for sites like YouTube and Veoh.
Guests
Filmmaker Lloyd Kaufman appeared in 2008 and professional wrestler Nikolai Volkoff in 2010. Other horror hosts such as Count Gore de Vol, Dr. Sarcofiguy, Jebediah Buzzard, Mr. Lobo, and The Bone Jangler have also visited. Buddha Gonzalez of Bizarre Transmissions from the Bermuda Triangle, bands, local personalities, and the public are welcome via an open door policy. Borloff has interviewed celebrities like Tom Savini, Sid Haig, and Herschell Gordon Lewis at conventions and film festivals.
