Carski Rez (CRZ, Cyrillic: Царски Рез) is an independent Serbian hip hop label founded in Belgrade on May 11, 2006, by the members of the group Arhitekti—Blokovski, Mauzer, and Kuer. The name translates literally to 'caesarean cut' and generally means caesarean section in Serbian. The label emerged from the need to promote and distribute hip hop at a time when domestic music publishing offered little space for the genre, and it quickly became one of the most prolific labels on the Serbian hip hop scene, with a roster of fifteen artists across Serbia, Austria, Canada, and Switzerland.

Carski Rez was formed after the group Arhitekti—composed of Spirit Blokovski (aka Kajblo Spirit), Mauzer (then Rastamon), and Kuer—gained popularity as a demo group in Belgrade's hip hop scene. The label's name was taken from the working title of the album they were recording at the time. From the start, the roster included Madafankinmjan (MothaphonkinMjan) and the duo Skubi end d Ist (Sqb & The Easst), both connected through Blokovski. By the end of 2006, the label expanded internationally, adding MCs from Novi Sad, a Canadian duo (Babble Goons), and a Swiss MC, DJ, and producer named Baron. In 2007, Babble Goons changed lineup, and DJ Grusm became the first non-Serbian member of the label. The supergroup Los Losos joined in 2010.
