Crystal of Knowledge
A glowing gemstone holding the forgotten secrets of Eternia's history within its radiant depths.
The Crystal of Knowledge is a legendary artifact hidden deep within the caverns beneath Castle Grayskull, serving as a repository of ancient wisdom and historical records for Eternia. Unlike the magical energy that fuels He-Man's strength or the sorcery wielded by Hordak, this crystal acts more like a living library, capable of projecting holographic images, voices, and data from the past to those who seek its counsel. It is often consulted by Castle Grayskull itself or its guardians when the fate of the planet hangs in the balance.

Lore & Background
Accessing the Crystal is rarely a simple task; it often requires the specific will or permission of Castle Grayskull itself. Throughout the history of Eternia, the Sorceress has been its primary interpreter, using its projections to guide Prince Adam into becoming He-Man and to reveal the weaknesses of their enemies. The artifact has shown visions of the First Ones, the rise of the First Evil, and the betrayal of ancient allies, ensuring that the lessons of the past are never truly lost to the present generation.
Reader's Guide
The Crystal of Knowledge functions as an advanced magical interface for retrieving historical data. It does not grant physical powers or combat abilities; instead, it provides critical intelligence by projecting visual and auditory records from Eternia's past. To activate the crystal, a user must typically be granted access by Castle Grayskull itself. The Sorceress is the most frequent wielder, using her connection to the castle to query specific events or seek answers about magical anomalies. The crystal responds to intent and questions rather than complex mechanical commands. Wielders should approach the artifact with respect, as it contains sensitive information that could be dangerous if misused by evil forces. While Skeletor has occasionally sought its secrets, he rarely gains true access due to the castle's protective wards.
