In *Gears of War: Judgment*, COG Combat Armor is worn by all members of Kilo Squad during their missions in Halvo Bay. The armor is depicted as standard issue for COG soldiers, including Onyx Guard cadets like Sofia Hendrick and former UIR soldiers like Garron Paduk. During the game's campaign, the armor is shown being used in various environments, from the Old Town district to the Museum of Military Glory, the Onyx Guard Academy, and the Seashore Hills mansion of Professor Elliot. The armor is also worn by Colonel Ezra Loomis during the tribunal hearing and the subsequent Locust attack on the courtroom.
