Olivier Bellin, born on 8 August 1971, is a French chef who holds two Michelin stars. He runs L'Auberge des Glazicks in Plomodiern, a village in Finistère between Quimper and Brest. After studying at the Le Paraclet vocational high school in Quimper, Bellin worked as a cooking assistant and roasting chef with Joël Robuchon in Paris from 1995 to 1996.

He then moved back to Brittany, joining chef Jacques Thorel at his two-star restaurant in La Roche-Bernard. Bellin took over his parents’ simple inn and turned it into a gastronomic destination. With help from Alain Ducasse, who brought him into the Food France concept, Bellin gained recognition and refined his cooking.

He earned his first Michelin star in 2005, and a second in 2010. The 2009 Gault Millau awarded him four toques and a 17/20 score. In 2017, he opened The Ocean in Hong Kong, which received a Michelin star in its first year.
