The Black Bass (1988 video game)

The Black Bass, also called The Black Bass II in Japan, is a fishing game for the NES. Developed by HOT・B, it came out in June 1989. This title follows the Japan-only original The Black Bass for MSX and Famicom. It marks the series’ first release outside Japan. The game is sometimes known as The Black Bass USA, which appears on the North American title screen. A 2016 re-release placed it as a built-in game on the Retro-Bit Generations console.
