White Flame
The divine fire that reshapes reality instead of burning flesh, tied to the Adolla realm.
The Adolla Burst is a rare, supernatural form of combustion within the Fire Force universe that transcends standard pyrokinesis. Unlike ordinary flames which generate thermal energy to burn physical matter, this power is associated with the Adolla Link and reality manipulation. It serves as a connection to the Adolla realm and is tied to the lineage of the Evangelist and Shinra Kusakabe.
Lore & Background
This flame originates from the Adolla realm, the source of all fire in this world. While regular Infernals and Pyrokinetics draw energy through an Adolla Link adapter or inherent ability, the Adolla Burst represents a direct connection to the Adolla realm, allowing users to manipulate reality on a spiritual level rather than just a physical one. Possession of this power is inherently dangerous; without the will to protect others, it can lead to madness or destruction of the user's own identity. Historically, the Evangelist manipulated the Adolla Burst to further their agenda of resurrection and the Great Cataclysm. The transition from using standard blue flames to mastering the white flame of the Adolla Burst signifies a character reaching the peak of their potential within the Adolla Link system.
Reader's Guide
The White Flame functions differently than standard pyrokinesis found among Special Fire Force Company members. Instead of generating thermal energy to incinerate physical objects, this power targets the spiritual essence or soul of a target. It is capable of erasing existence from the Adolla Link network entirely. To wield it requires an innate connection to Adam Kadmon, often manifesting in those with unique genetic markers or traumatic links to the source. Users do not require external adapters to channel this energy, allowing for instantaneous and overwhelming bursts of power. However, control is paramount; misuse can result in the user losing their own memories or identity. In combat, it bypasses conventional defenses like heat resistance or physical armor since it attacks on a metaphysical level. Only those with strong wills anchored to protecting life can sustain this connection without being consumed by the void of the Adolla Link.
