Ingria Olav was McCauley’s girlfriend. He discovered a second Eye and formed a new Fatal Five with her as the Emerald Empress. She proved cowardly and unskilled with the Eye. Cera Kesh tracked her down, killed her, and claimed the second Eye.
After *Zero Hour: Crisis in Time!* rebooted Legion continuity, a character known only as the Empress appeared.
