My Dear Heart

My Dear Heart is a Philippine television drama that aired on ABS-CBN in 2017. The series was directed by Jerome C. Pobocan and Jojo A. Saguin, with a cast led by Heart Ramos, Coney Reyes, Zanjoe Marudo, Bela Padilla, and Ria Atayde. It ran on the network's Primetime Bida block and globally on TFC from January 23 to June 16, 2017, taking over the timeslot of *Till I Met You* and later succeeded by *La Luna Sangre*. The show is also available for streaming on YouTube.

The story follows Heart de Jesus, a young girl raised by Jude and Clara de Jesus without knowing her biological parents, due to her biological grandmother's actions. Despite living in poverty and having a rare heart condition, she remains happy. After falling into a coma, her soul becomes visible to her doctor, Margaret Divinagracia, and the two develop a loving bond. Heart eventually learns that Margaret is her grandmother, and Margaret's daughter Gia is her birth mother. Jude later discovers that Heart is the child from his past affair with Gia.

The main cast includes Heart Ramos as Heart de Jesus, Coney Reyes as Dr. Margaret Divinagracia-Lana, Zanjoe Marudo as Jude de Jesus, Bela Padilla as Clara Estanislao-de Jesus, and Ria Atayde as Dr. Gia Lana. Supporting roles feature Robert Arevalo, Eric Quizon, Joey Marquez, Rio Locsin, Susan Africa, Loisa Andalio, Izzy Canillo, Johnny Revilla, Enzo Pelojero, Jameson Blake, Alicia Alonzo, Mark Oblea, Sandino Martin, Vic Robin III, Hyubs Azarcon, Jerry O'Hara, and Rubi Rubi. Guest cast members include Kathleen Hermosa, Sue Ramirez, Edu Manzano, Jim Paredes, David Chua, Niña Dolino, Jao Mapa, Guji Lorenzana, Miko Raval, John Manalo, Cessa Moncera, Nhizky Calma, Freddie Webb, Tess Antonio, Vangie Labalan, Rosario "Tart" Carlos, Manuel Chua, JB Agustin, and Neil Coleta.

The series was remade in Myanmar by the partly state-owned broadcaster MRTV-4 as *Chit Hla Swar Thaw*, which started airing on September 19, 2023. Despite the Philippine government's role in ABS-CBN losing its broadcasting franchise, the Philippine Embassy in Yangon's Chargé d’Affaires Enrique Voltaire Pingol attended the adaptation's press launch, describing it as part of "people-to-people diplomacy and soft-power approach."
