Lobo (also known internationally as *She Wolf: The Last Sentinel*, translating to "Wolf") is a 2008 Philippine fantasy drama television series produced by ABS-CBN. It marks the first chapter of the Moonstone trilogy. The show was helmed by directors FM Reyes, Cathy Garcia-Molina, and Jerry Lopez Sineneng, with lead actors Piolo Pascual and Angel Locsin. It ran on ABS-CBN's Primetime Bida block and globally on TFC from January 28 to July 18, 2008, taking over the timeslot of *Kung Fu Kids* and later succeeded by *Iisa Pa Lamang*.
The project was initially conceived by ABS-CBN Studios in 2004, with an original plot about wolf siblings. Robin Padilla was the first choice to play Noah, paired with Claudine Barretto as Lyka; Kristine Hermosa and Bea Alonzo were also considered. These plans fell through when Padilla moved to GMA-7. In early 2007, John Lloyd Cruz and Anne Curtis were offered the roles but declined due to commitments to a sequel of *Maging Sino Ka Man*. Formal production began after Angel Locsin transferred to ABS-CBN, leading to her pairing with Piolo Pascual. Heart Evangelista was considered for the role of Gabriella, which ultimately went to Shaina Magdayao. The white wolf that portrays Lyka's alter ego was a purebred White Shepherd named Brasca, purchased from France for P200,000.
The story follows young lovers Lyka Raymundo (Angel Locsin) and Noah Ortega (Piolo Pascual). Lyka works as a fashion assistant at the House of Elle, living with her aunt Clara and step cousin Anton. She is unaware she is a werewolf who has not yet transformed, having been abandoned by her mother as a child. Her mother is Vanessa Blancaflor Raymundo, daughter of Lorenzo Blancaflor, twin brother of Eleanor Blancaflor (Pilar Pilapil), the owner of House of Elle. The Blancaflors are a powerful werewolf clan leading the Waya Council. Lyka is believed to be the "Huling Bantay" (Last Guardian), the only hope to save werewolves from the Red Moon, a phenomenon occurring every 500 years that could destroy them all. Lady Elle senses Lyka's potential and hires her to guide her through her transformation, expected around her 21st birthday.
Noah is the adopted son of General Leon Cristobal, raised after his father Emil Ortega died in an accident involving an unknown wolf.
