The victims include Allene Elizabeth Redmon, 54, who went missing on October 24, 2021, after telling her family she was going to a football game with a friend named Ant (Anthony). Her remains were found with her hands bound in an undeveloped lot in Harrisonburg, Virginia near the Howard Johnson Motel. Tonita Smith, 39, went missing November 19, 2021; her body was found 15 feet away from Redmon on November 25, though they were murdered on separate occasions.

Cheyenne Brown, 29, was reported missing September 30, 2021, last seen entering a Metrobus; she had a 7-year-old son and was pregnant. Her remains were found near the Moon Inn Hotel, placed with another victim, Stephanie Harrison, in a container next to a shopping cart. Stephanie Harrison, 48, had been visiting D.C from Redding, California, and was staying at the Moon Inn Hotel concurrently but unconnected to Robinson. Suspected victims include Sonya Champ, 40, whose body was found in mid-September 2021 in a shopping cart; in September 2024, Robinson's DNA was found on her body with a likelihood of 1 in 22 nonillion.

Skye Allen, Robinson's ex-fiancée, died in 2018 at age 30 due to cardiac arrhythmia; her mother believes Robinson had something to do with it. Attempted victim Monica White, 53, met Robinson on a dating app one year before his arrest; he told her he preferred older women and allegedly tried to move in with her upon first meeting.

Brown and Harrison's bodies were so decomposed that Brown could only be identified by a tattoo, and Harrison could not be identified for multiple weeks. Police found data that Brown had been communicating with Robinson on a dating app days before she was murdered, and video footage showed them at the same metro station and staying at the Moon Inn Hotel at the same time.

Sonya Champ's body was found in a shopping cart covered by a blanket in mid-September 2021, before the other murders, and was ruled a homicide; Robinson's DNA was found on her body in September 2024. Skye Allen's mother confronted Robinson after her daughter's death and asked if he killed her; he denied it. Monica White alleged that Robinson tried to move in with her immediately upon meeting in person, and later offered her $500 to come to a hotel with him in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, which she declined.
