Millicent

The Tarnished's companion whose quest leads back to Malenia.

Millicent is a character in Elden Ring whose journey is tied to Malenia, Blade of Miquella. Completing her questline, the player "fulfills a part of what [she] had set out to accomplish in her journey": to return something to Malenia, a means to restore the will and dignity Malenia lost after her battle with Radahn.

Lore & Background

Her quest rewards the player with another Unalloyed Gold Needle, which can be used to suppress the Outer God of Frenzied Flame if it has been inherited, averting the otherwise locked ending.
