Snow White's Poison Bite was a Finnish rock band formed in Joensuu in 2006. The group was founded by Allan Cotterill, Juuso Puhakka, Tuomo Korander, and Teemu Leikas. Cotterill, originally from the UK, moved to Finland at a young age.

History

Allan Cotterill, who moved to Finland from the UK at a young age, founded the band with Juuso Puhakka, Tuomo Korander, and Teemu Leikas. Bassist Jarkko Penttinen completed the lineup in 2008. At the end of 2009, Puhakka left due to personal and musical disagreements, after which Cotterill moved from guitar and clean vocals to lead vocals, making the band a quartet. Cotterill writes all music and lyrics for the group.

In May 2008, Snow White's Poison Bite won the Big Boom band competition, earning three days of studio time and a gig at the Himos festival. In May 2009, they opened for American post-hardcore band Alesana in Helsinki and toured with the Music Against Drugs tour in Finland, part of the Youth Against Drugs organization. At the beginning of 2009, the band signed with Poko Rekords/EMI Finland, which released their first EP Drama Through Your Stereo in February 2009. In early 2010, they signed with Sound of Finland's Hyeena Trax label and released two singles, "Valentine's Doom" as a free download and "Kristy Killings".

Their debut album The Story of Kristy Killings came out on 27 October 2010, with a Japanese version through Marquee/Avalon and a digital US release via iTunes. On 5 May 2011, Korander, Penttinen, and Leikas announced their departure, canceling remaining tour dates and leaving Cotterill as the sole member. On 19 January 2013, the band's Victory Records debut Featuring: Dr. Gruesome and the Gruesome Gory Horror Show was announced for release on 16 April; it received predominantly favorable reviews. The band announced their disbandment on 11 November 2018, with singer Jeremy Allan Cotterill starting a solo project called TH13TEENTH, which released merchandise and one song, 'Disgusting'.
