An American actor, writer and director with extensive voice work in Power Rangers and Saban series.
Michael John Sorich ( SOH-ritch, born March 23, 1958) is an American actor, writer and director. He has been a voice actor for many different characters in the Power Rangers franchise (until the end of the Wild Force series), as well as related or similar Saban series such as Masked Rider, VR Troopers, and Big Bad Beetleborgs/Beetleborgs Metallix. Some of his roles included the voices of Squatt in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, Decimator and Zelton in VR Troopers, Roboborg in Beetleborgs Metallix, and Double Face in Masked Rider. He has also had some on-screen roles, such as Woody Stocker on VR Troopers. Sorich had voice roles in the anime series Bleach. He directed the dubs for Idaten Jump and for Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo. He had also co-directed the ADR for VR Troopers with Scott Page-Pagter and Wendee Lee.

Sorich's career is defined by his work in the Power Rangers franchise, where he voiced characters until the end of the Wild Force series. His roles included Squatt in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers, a role he reprised in Power Rangers: Zeo (credited as Michael J. Sorich). He also voiced numerous uncredited characters across multiple Power Rangers series, including Pineoctopus, Terror Toad, Fang, Polluticorn, Pumpkin Rapper, Saliguana (2nd voice), Magnet Brain, Silver Horns, Pachinko Head, Double Face, Vampirus, Hate Master, Crabby Cabbie, and Erik and Merrick the Barbaric Brothers in Mighty Morphin Power Rangers.
In Power Rangers: Zeo, he voiced Boohoo the Clown, Wrecking Ball, Tough Tusks, and Cog Changer (uncredited). His work extended to Power Rangers: Turbo (Voltmeister, Shrinkasect), Power Rangers: In Space (Elephantitan, Crocotoxes), Power Rangers: Lost Galaxy (Teksa, Hardtochoke, Quakemaker, Auctioneer), Power Rangers: Lightspeed Rescue (Triskull, Gatekeeper, Bird Bane), Power Rangers: Time Force ("Mohawked Mutant", Brickneck), and Power Rangers: Wild Force (Retinax, Artilla, Camera Org, Locomotive Org).
Beyond Power Rangers, he voiced characters in related Saban series: Decimator, Zelton, Horrorbot, Tankatron, Vacbot, Spitbot (substitute voice), and Slice Swordbot Brother (first voice) in VR Troopers, where he also had the on-screen role of Woody Stocker. In Beetleborgs Metallix, he voiced Roboborg, and in Big Bad Beetleborgs, he voiced Mums (1st voice) and Grenade Guy/Super Grenade Guy. For Masked Rider, he voiced Double Face and Fluffy (voice minus Doubleface uncredited).
