Bubbling Over (album)
Dolly Parton's twelfth solo studio album, released in 1973.
Dolly Parton's twelfth solo album, Bubbling Over, came out on RCA Victor on September 10, 1973. Nashville photographer Les Leverett shot the cover by the Country Music Hall of Fame's fountain. The single "Traveling Man" reworks a track from her 1971 album Coat of Many Colors. The title track was initially planned as a single, but Parton chose to release "Jolene" instead, as she explained to Billboard in 1974. "The Beginning" later became a duet with Porter Wagoner on their 1975 album.
