Other characters include square-shaped bots like Olie's friend Billy Bevel from Planet Cubey.
Characters
Olie Polie is a 6-year-old robot boy who is friendly, inquisitive, and devoted to his family and friends. His 3-year-old sister Zowie speaks in broken English, is very inquisitive, and often annoys the family by asking 'Why?' about everything. Spot is Olie's dog, named because he left a 'spot' on the carpet as a puppy. Mr. Percy Polie, the father, is an inventor whose creations frequently cause trouble; his voice is inspired by Bing Crosby. Mrs. Polina Polie, the mother, is a housekeeper with a voice inspired by Olive Oyl. Pappy Polie, the grandfather, runs a farm and is known for his unruly dentures; he owns a cow named Ol' Precious, a horse named Clippy Clop, and a chicken family. Billy Bevel is Olie's best friend, a cube-shaped boy from Planet Cubey. Gizmo Polie is Olie's paternal uncle, a motorcycle rider inspired by Elvis Presley. Aunt Polie-Anna is Olie's paternal great aunt who appears in The Baby Bot Chase and Season 6. Baxter and Bonita 'Chiquita' Bevel are Billy's parents; Baxter wears glasses and has a deep laugh, while Bonita is an accomplished dancer.
