Plot

Honey Pie is attacked by a monster, mauled, and decapitated. The creature quickly digests her head and then excretes it. Lightning, having survived a nearby explosion, stumbles away. The other survivors—Biker Queen, Tat Girl, Tit Girl, Secrets, Bartender, Slasher, and Greg, who now has a pipe stuck in his head—come under attack from monsters while on the roof of their hiding place.

Thunder is still alive, crawling away after being disemboweled, but gets run over by a man named Shitkicker. Shitkicker breaks open the front door of the police station and goes inside. The group on the roof moves to the jail, where Hobo tries to kill them but is beaten by the biker girls. Greg mentions that Slasher owns many used cars the survivors could use to flee.

Secrets accidentally shoots Shitkicker in the head. The gunshot draws the monsters into the police station. The group decides to head for the used car lot. Once outside, Slasher splits off from the others and trips Hobo to distract the monsters.

A monster starts eating one of Hobo's legs, then lets him go to pursue Slasher, who is now joined by Tat and Tit Girl. They enter a metal storage unit, where about a dozen survivors are waiting. These survivors attack Slasher, angry about being cheated on car deals. Slasher moves to the back of the unit and stands against the wall.

A monster sees a hole behind Slasher and uses it to rape him, impregnating him. Another monster then bursts through Slasher's stomach, giving birth to a Slasher hybrid, which kills everyone inside the unit. Meanwhile, Secrets, Greg, and Bartender find the wounded Lightning and bring him along. Biker Queen frees the biker girls, and they flee from the Slasher-monster hybrid. They follow Hobo down a hole, hoping to hide inside his buried school bus, which also serves as a meth lab.
