Gyokko is an arrogant demon who holds the position of Upper Rank Five. His body is badly distorted, with eyes set on his forehead and mouth and two mouths where his eyes should be.

Background

As a human he was a village outcast who became obsessed with corpses after his parents drowned and their bodies washed ashore. He kidnapped and killed a child, was stabbed and left for dead, and was then turned into a demon by Muzan. He calls himself an artist and is proud of his work, which includes twisting victims into grotesque living sculptures. He raids the Swordsmith Village with Hantengu and is killed by Muichiro.
