Ella Bella Bingo is a preschool animated series made by August Media Holdings in Singapore and Kool Produktion AS in Norway. It centers on a five-year-old girl named Ella, who lives with her family and friends in a place called Sunshine Gardens. Illustrator Tom Petter Hansen first came up with the character in 2009, and that same year, he worked with scriptwriter Trond Morten K. Venaasen and producer Frank Mosvold to develop the show. In 2011, Jyotirmoy Saha from August Media Holdings redeveloped and redesigned the series.

Ella lives with her dad, friends, and neighbours in an apartment block called Sunshine Gardens, and her 'Bingo' moments involve the entire Sunshine Garden gang.
