Release

The initial paperback album cover was designed with a metallic gold title on a full cover collage of images from Garbi's solo career, but upon release the title font colour was changed to scarlet. The first release on December 5 featured the collage continuing onto the back cover and included an inner booklet with song titles, photos, and a double-page message from Katy to her fans. A reissue on December 31 added a track listing to the back cover after a second decision by Sony BMG.

Singles

The album's primary single, "Mi Ta Fila Ta Matia Sou", was a live cover of Vicky Moscholiou's 1970s hit. It was announced as the leading single by producer Poseidonas Giannopoulos on his radio program on Greece's "Sfera FM", where he aired the track's first official broadcast. No music video was produced because the concert location was not suitable for video recording. A follow-up single, "18 Hronia Live Medley", consisting of "Xypoliti Horevo", "Pes'to M'Ena Fili", and "Agkires", was announced but its release was halted after the cancellation of its corresponding music video; the three tracks nonetheless gained airplay separately. A music video was planned by director Giorgos Kavalas using archive video material to reflect the album's theme of 18 years of live performances, but it was not produced as Sony was focusing on Garbi's next discographical move and due to the album's limited chart success. "Se Sfalma Epeses Kardia Mou", another cover of a well-known Greek song, was officially released as the next single and announced on Garbi's Myspace. "I Proti Mas Fora", a strong ballad originally released by Giannis Kotsiras in 1999, was the last track on the first disk; Garbi's live rendition gained moderate airplay in Athens, with the audience heard singing along in the final chorus.
