Healing Aura

A guardian's emerald mist that mends wounds and sustains the charge of ground armies.

Healing Aura is a potent defensive ability exclusive to the Grand Warden, the latest and most versatile Hero in the Clash of Clans universe. Unlike traditional healing spells that target specific units or areas on demand, this passive skill automatically envelops nearby friendly troops in a restorative green mist whenever the Grand Warden enters combat or activates his ultimate power. It serves as a crucial force multiplier for ground armies, allowing them to withstand heavy fire from defensive towers and enemy Heroes while pushing deep into fortified bases.

Lore & Background

While other Heroes focus on destruction or area denial, the Grand Warden's aura creates a sanctuary amidst the storm. It is said that when his green light shines over a group of P.E.K.K.As or Giants, their morale does not falter even as arrows rain down upon them. This ability has changed the tactics of war across the village, turning what were once suicide charges into sustained sieges where armies can absorb punishment that would have previously decimated them before they ever reached the Town Hall.

Reader's Guide

The Healing Aura functions as a continuous passive effect that activates automatically when the Grand Warden is deployed or uses his Ultimate Ability. It heals all friendly ground troops within its specific radius, providing a steady stream of health regeneration over time rather than an instant burst. Strategically, this ability is essential for siege compositions relying on heavy tanks like Golems and Giants. By keeping these high-hitpoint units alive longer, they can absorb significantly more damage from defensive towers, allowing damage-dealing troops behind them to survive the initial push.

It effectively reduces the need for carrying Healing Spells in certain attack strategies. Players must be mindful of the aura's radius; troops that stray too far from the Warden will lose the benefit. Therefore, keeping the Grand Warden centrally positioned within the army formation is critical. Additionally, since it only affects ground units, air armies receive no benefit unless paired with a specific strategy to keep the Warden grounded near them.
