Deer horn knives
Paired crescent blades used in Baguazhang for trapping and disarming.
Last updated
Deer horn knives, also called crescent moon knives or duck blades, are Chinese bladed weapons formed by two steel crescents crossing to create four curved, clawlike points. They are especially associated with the soft style martial art Baguazhang and are typically trained in pairs. Their short, concealable design allows them to be used for trapping an opponent's weapon, disarming, and close combat applications.
