Plot

After saving Christmas on the foggy night, Rudolph becomes the most famous reindeer but feels overwhelmed by fame, believing people appreciate only his nose rather than him. He longs for a normal nose and a regular life. Meanwhile, the Toy Taker steals toys from homes, casting a shadow over Christmas. King Moonracer needs a root canal, so Hermey, now a dentist, travels to the Island of Misfit Toys with Rudolph as his assistant.

While they are away, the Toy Taker robs Santa's warehouse. On the return trip, a storm shipwrecks Rudolph and Hermey on Castaway Cove, run by Queen Camilla, a hippopotamus fairy who fixes and protects toys. In gratitude for their help, Rudolph and Hermey arrange a partnership between Santa and Camilla, and Camilla agrees to later give Rudolph a normal nose. Back home three days before Christmas, Rudolph and Clarice confess their feelings, enabling Clarice to fly.

They discover the Toy Taker's crime and, with Santa and the elves, find stuffing and odd footprints. Rudolph deduces the Toy Taker will strike Castaway Cove or the Island of Misfit Toys next. Rudolph, Clarice, Hermey, Yukon, and the Bumble disguise themselves as toys to hijack the Toy Taker's blimp. The Toy Taker keeps stolen toys in a frozen volcano, claiming he saves them from being outgrown and discarded.
