It contains 60 Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies shorts starring Bugs Bunny, plus bonus features and supplementary content including a slip book, a booklet, and a collectible Bugs Bunny Funko POP! figure. The set was expanded from a single-disc concept to three discs after animation historian Jerry Beck convinced department heads to include cartoons not previously released on DVD or Blu-ray Disc, appealing to adult collectors. It includes 32 newly restored and remastered cartoons unavailable on earlier collections, alongside 20 essential shorts from previous sets. Eight cartoons previously restored for the Looney Tunes Super Stars DVDs appear here in their original 4:3 aspect ratio. The set also marks the first official home media release of the HBO Max series Looney Tunes Cartoons, with 10 Bugs Bunny centric episodes as bonus features.
