Glory's Power

Glory, portrayed by Clare Kramer, is a god from a hell dimension and the major antagonist of the fifth season of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Her strength is greater than that of any Slayer, vampire or earlier season villain, but her powers are weak compared with those she had in her home dimension; she maintains her mental strength by draining people of their sanity. Her essence is imprisoned in a human, Ben, and this human form is her only weakness: if the human vessel containing her is killed, Glory perishes with him.
