In the 2018–19 season, he placed second on the team in scoring with 23 points in 57 games. After Slovan failed to reach the postseason, Červený left to complete the season with Brynäs IF of the SHL on February 14, 2019. Following a solitary season in the Finnish Liiga with the Lahti Pelicans in 2020–21, he returned to the KHL on a one-year contract with Dinamo Riga on May 31, 2021. He registered 7 goals and 12 points in 32 regular season games for Dinamo Riga, then extended his season by signing with Oulun Kärpät of the Liiga on March 1, 2022. For the 2022–23 season, he signed a one-year contract with Admiral Vladivostok on July 27, 2022, posting a career-best 13 goals and 20 points in 60 regular season games, and adding 3 assists in 12 postseason games as Admiral reached the Conference semi-finals for the first time.
