History

David Valler and Molly Smitten-Downes created the international club track "Raindrops" by writing new lyrics and a topline over Sash!'s "Encore une fois". In 2006, Ultra Records picked it up in the US, while Ministry of Sound handled the UK release. A fresh reworking of "Raindrops" by Stunt and Sash! came out as a download-only single on Hard2Beat records on 6 October 2008. The following week, "Raindrops (Encore une fois)" hit stores on CD and entered the UK Singles Chart at number 9 on 19 October. On 8 June 2009, the digital single "I'll Be There" was released; it had previously appeared on a promo under Smitten-Downes' earlier alias Amesha. That promo's inlay mentioned a future album called Neon Nights. That same year, Smitten-Downes worked with Basshunter on "I Will Learn to Love Again", which appeared on his album Bass Generation, and with Darren Styles on "Shining Star", featured on Clubland Extreme Hardcore 6. The 2010 single "Fade Like the Sun" followed, with remixes by Flip & Fill, Frisco, and Kenny Hayes. In March 2020, DJ and remixer Ben Nicky joined Stunt for a new version of "Raindrops".
