Background
A Tony Iommi solo album was forced out by the record label in 1986 as Seventh Star, credited to "Black Sabbath featuring Tony Iommi", with Hughes on vocals. While touring it he lasted only six shows before Ray Gillen replaced him, after a backstage injury and poor health left his voice unequal to the tour. Years earlier his Rickenbacker bass had passed to Sabbath's Geezer Butler.
