Jorge Fernando Pinheiro de Jesus (born 24 July 1954) is a Portuguese professional football manager and former player who is the head coach of the Portugal national team. He began his coaching career in 1990 and arrived at Benfica in 2009, winning ten trophies (a club record for a single manager, winning all domestic trophies at least once) as well as reaching two UEFA Europa League finals with them in six seasons.

Jesus led Benfica to the first division title in 2009–10 after a five-year wait. He won back-to-back league titles in 2014 and 2015, the first time since 1976–77. He won every domestic trophy at least once, including the Taça de Portugal. The incident with police occurred on 27 August 2011. On 20 April 2014, Jesus led Benfica to their 33rd title. Four days earlier, the team beat Porto 3–1 despite being reduced to ten men an hour from full time. In the Europa League that season, they defeated Juventus 2–1 on aggregate after a goalless draw in Turin. On 7 May 2014, he won his fourth Taça da Liga against Rio Ave at Leiria.
