Fenerbahçe Gelişim serves as the men's youth basketball side for Fenerbahçe Tarfin, competing in the Türkiye Basketbol Ligi. The team was founded as Fenerbahçe Koleji for the 2021–22 season with the single goal of developing talent for Fenerbahçe Beko. Home games are held at the Fenerbahçe Metro Enerji Spor Salonu, a venue seating 2,500 spectators.
The squad began in the Turkish Basketball Second League, the lowest professional tier. In its debut season, under a sponsorship with Safi Holding, it competed as Fenerbahçe Koleji Safiport. Finishing second in Group B, it advanced directly to the Round of 16, where it defeated Saray Spor 1953 in a 2–1 series. The team then swept the Final Group undefeated, beat Kastamonu Yurdum GSK 74–60 in the semifinals, and claimed the league title with a 75–65 victory over Çağdaş Bodrum Spor on 30 April 2022, earning promotion to the Türkiye Basketbol Ligi.
For the 2022–23 season, the naming sponsorship shifted from Safiport to DS Energy, making the team Fenerbahçe Koleji DS Energy. It has remained in the Türkiye Basketbol Ligi since. During this period, Fenerbahçe Beko players Mert Emre Ekşioğlu, Ömer Ege Ziyaettin, and Yiğit Hamza Mestoğlu have also suited up for the team under dual licenses. In the 2023–24 season, Novotel became the name sponsor, followed by RAMS Global for the 2025–26 season. The team continues to operate under the Fenerbahçe Koleji branding, with its current name reflecting its role as a development squad.
