Did You Know?

• The club was originally known as the Coomera Cougars and shared playing fields on the eastern side of the M1 where the Coomera Soccer fields now reside.
• In 2013 the club introduced the first club-based junior elite academy on the Gold Coast, aimed at 10 to 14 year olds.
• In 2018 a Gold Coast team with large representation from the club became the first team from Queensland to win the National Little League Australian Championships and progress to the Little League World Series.

GBL

The club first fielded teams in the GBL’s Senior Div 1, Div 2, U16 Div 1, and U14 Div 1 competitions during the 2017/18 season. The next year, the U16 side made the grand final, while the U14 squad claimed the championship. In 2019/20, both Senior Div 1 and Div 2 reached the playoffs; Div 2 ended the regular season tied for first place but lost the minor premiership to Surfers on head-to-head results. The finals were then canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so final standings were based on regular-season positions: Div 1 finished 4th and Div 2 placed 2nd.
