Plot
Police officer Adam Adamiec arrives at his station and is told by his boss, Sergeant Waldek Gwizdalun, about a case involving deformed twin brothers. According to teenager Zosia, the twins killed several of her friends at a nearby camp, and she alone escaped. Waldek escorts Zosia to the twins' cabin to investigate, leaving Adam in charge. At the cabin, Waldek separates to use the latrine; while Zosia waits, a meteorite fragment releases a substance that mutates her into a creature like the twins. She kills Waldek upon his return. Adam and his partner Wanessa, unable to reach Waldek, travel to the cabin and find his corpse. They enlist hunters Mariusz and Slawek for help, but the group takes refuge in the abandoned camp after Slawek traps his hands in a bear trap. There they meet a frightened prostitute, Janeczka, who says her companion Oliwier was murdered outside. Tensions rise as Slawek bleeds to death. Adam motivates the survivors to work together, and they plan to ambush Zosia using Janeczka as bait. Zosia anticipates the plan, kills Mariusz and Janeczka, and forces Adam and Wanessa into a cabin.
