Rafi Haladjian is a French entrepreneur of Armenian origin who co-founded FranceNet, one of France's first Internet service providers, and co-created the Nabaztag, a WiFi-enabled device linked to the development of Internet of Things technologies. He was born in Beirut, Lebanon in 1961.
