Nurse's Office

Lore & Background

The office holds a special significance as it is frequently associated with the NPC nurse who tends to patients there. It serves as a backdrop for quieter character moments away from the chaos of battles or club activities. The presence of this facility underscores the Afterlife World's dual nature: fighting against the world while simultaneously caring for its own members, ensuring that even in a place meant for forgetting, compassion remains.

Reader's Guide

The Nurse's Office is a compact, functional room located within the school building, easily accessible via the main corridors. It features standard medical equipment such as examination beds, cabinets filled with supplies, and a reception desk, all rendered in the distinct anime aesthetic of the series. Unlike real-world hospitals, there are no doctors or complex machinery; healing here is often accelerated by the unique properties of the Afterlife World.

The room operates on an informal basis, where students can rest without strict schedules or bureaucratic hurdles, reflecting the relaxed yet purposeful atmosphere of the school. Narratively, this location acts as a grounding point for the story. It provides a contrast to the high-stakes battles fought by the Afterlife Front, offering a space for character development and emotional reflection. It is often where pivotal conversations occur, allowing characters to confront their pasts in a safe environment before moving forward toward their ultimate departure.
