Bingo & Molly

Bingo & Molly is a live-action children's television series from 1997, co-produced by the United States and New Zealand. It used puppets and was recorded at Avalon Studios in New Zealand. The main characters are a brother-and-sister pair of rabbits, Bingo and Molly, performed by American puppeteers Brian Narelle and Robin Goodrow. Each episode teaches them lessons and social skills. Goodrow, who previously worked at San Francisco's KRON-TV, helped develop the show, edited stories, wrote songs, and designed sets. Filming at Avalon took eight weeks, from March to May 1997. The series had one season of 26 episodes in its home countries and aired on TLC's Ready Set Learn! block in the U.S. It won a Parents' Choice Award for its soundtrack and a CINE Golden Eagle. Critics and audiences liked it during its original run and when Anchor Bay Entertainment released it on home video in 1999. In 2022, Questar of Chicago brought it back for streaming.

A fox named Mr. Growl tells stories relating to the rabbits' lessons, while carrots and sunflowers provide some musical numbers.
