Reader's Guide

In Advance Wars: Dual Strike, Von Bolt is a playable commanding officer. Like all COs, he can be used in Campaign (including Hard Campaign), War Room, Versus, and Link modes. The game's Dual Strike feature allows players to use two COs in a single army, switching between them mid-battle to cover weaknesses. When using two COs, a Tag Power (also called Dual Strike) can be used, allowing both COs' Super CO powers to be used consecutively in the same turn. COs gain experience and can be promoted after victorious battles in War Room or Campaign, unlocking skills that can enhance their fighting styles. Each CO can use up to four skills at once. His abilities and stats are not.
