Security expert Ray Breslin is imprisoned in high-security prisons to test their security by escaping. He accepts a job to escape a specialized maximum-security prison without knowing its location, but is incarcerated for life in "The Tomb" and must team up with fellow prisoners to break out. Years later, Breslin expands his security company and, after a team member vanishes during a routine operation, works with associate Trent DeRosa to rescue them from the off-the-grid prison "HADES". In another mission, a business magnate's daughter is abducted, and Breslin's team partners with her former bodyguard to free her from a secret black site run by the vengeful son of Breslin's former business partner.
