Plot
Liz Lemon and Kenneth Parcell are searching for Tracy Jordan after learning he is still somewhere in New York City. They hope to find him before TGS gets canceled by upper management due to his absence. Their search brings them to a warehouse where Tracy had apparently been hiding until recently. Meanwhile, Jenna Maroney is preparing to star in a torture porn film called Take My Hand.
Jack Donaghy recognizes it as an old failed NBC project. Worried about the budget going over, Jack tries to make the movie profitable somehow. In the writers room, Pete Hornberger and Frank Rossitano argue about where to order lunch. This leads to an arm wrestling match, which Pete wins.
The victory earns him new respect from the TGS staff, but it also puts him in conflict with an unpleasant coworker named Reggie. Pete challenges Reggie to a match. However, the two unexpectedly bond while discussing their families. They discover that both have experienced their children thinking they are losers.
Since Reggie has invited his family to watch the arm wrestling, Pete decides to let Reggie win so his son can feel proud of him. It turns out this whole sequence was a fabrication in Pete's mind. He wakes up to find himself losing the original match against Frank. Jack's effort to make Take My Hand profitable leads him to get Wal-Mart as a sponsor and bring in Everybody Loves Raymond producer Phil Rosenthal.
He eventually modifies the film to appeal to a family audience. Liz decides to set up another webcam conversation between Kenneth and Tracy, hoping Tracy will accidentally reveal his location. Kenneth mostly gives away the trick, but Liz still figures out where Tracy is hiding: the unused upstairs level of her apartment, which she got from her upstairs neighbor in the episode "Sun Tea." Liz and Kenneth finally catch Tracy and persuade him to ruin his good reputation so he can come back to TGS.
