Murder in Suburbia
Two female detectives solve murders in a suburban English town.
Murder in Suburbia is a British television drama series that aired on ITV from 13 March 2004. It follows DS Emma Scribbins and DI Kate Ashurst, detectives in the murder squad of the fictional town of Middleford, supervised by DCI Jeremy Sullivan. The series was filmed in Northwood and other Northwest London locations. A second series broadcast in 2005 failed to match the first series' ratings and was cancelled. Both series have been released on DVD; in Japan and other regions it was retitled Ash and Scribbs.
